The Public Transport
E-letter

Dear readers,

This e-letter sometimes takes an irreverent tone and some members of the team tell me that that is one of the reasons behind its success. I somehow get the feeling that you often enjoy our easy-going spirit. That’s why I agreed to give it free rein again in this edition, with an article on the ideal client. The candour of the writers testifies to the sincerity of the praise for our clients, praise which I myself share. Finding the right balance between dreams and constraints as you manage ambitious ticketing projects is the most difficult task you face – and we are proud of your trust in us. Thank you for that trust and enjoy reading!

Eric Jean, CEO, ACS France
